9. DELIVERY AND TIMELINES

  • Custom Songs will be delivered as digital downloads within 7 days or as per your selected plan
  • Delivery will be via direct download link or email, depending on your plan selection
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by email service providers or download platform issues
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of downloaded files

10. REFUNDS AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
