1. DIGITAL DELIVERY MODEL
mycustomsong.in provides digital-only products. There are no physical shipments. All products are delivered electronically.
2. DELIVERY METHOD
Your Custom Song will be delivered through one of the following methods (depending on your selected plan):
- Email Delivery: Direct download link sent to your registered email address
- Website Download: Access to your download portal on mycustomsong.in
- Combination: Email notification + website portal access
3. DELIVERY TIMELINE
Standard Delivery:
- Delivery within 7 calendar days from the date of order placement
- Timeline begins after successful payment processing and order confirmation
- You will receive delivery notification via email
Express Plans (if available):
- Faster delivery options may be available at different pricing
- Specific timelines will be displayed during the ordering process
4. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Upon delivery of your Custom Song:
- You will receive an automated email with download link(s) or access instructions
- The email will include your order reference number for future reference
- A copy of your receipt will be attached to the confirmation email
- You will have access to download your song from your account dashboard
5. DOWNLOAD SPECIFICATIONS
File Format:
- Default format: MP3 (128 kbps – standard quality)
- Alternative formats may be available on request (WAV, FLAC, etc.)
- Format selection should be made during order placement
File Access:
- Download links remain active for 30 days from delivery date
- You can download multiple times during this period
- After 30 days, contact support for link reactivation
- We recommend maintaining your own backup copies
Technical Requirements:
- Standard internet connection required for download
- Compatible with all devices that support MP3 or your selected format
- Minimum 50 MB storage space recommended
6. FAILED DELIVERY AND REDELIVERY
If you do not receive your delivery notification:
- Check Spam Folder: Verify that the email didn’t land in spam/junk
- Check Account Dashboard: Log in to view available downloads
- Contact Support: Email ashxos@gmail.com with your order number
Redelivery: We will resend download links within 24 business hours of your request.
7. NO PHYSICAL SHIPMENT
- No tracking numbers are applicable as this is a digital-only service
- No shipping costs are charged to the customer
- No courier involvement – all delivery is digital
8. REFUND POLICY RELATION
Refund requests related to delivery issues:
- Non-delivery within the promised timeframe is grounds for a refund request
- Request must be submitted within 7 days of the promised delivery date

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure successful delivery:
- Provide a valid, active email address during registration
- Ensure your email provider is not blocking our domain
- Check spam/junk folders regularly
- Download files within the 30-day window
- Maintain your own backup copies of downloaded files
- Check your download portal regularly for updates
10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for:
- Email delivery failures caused by your email provider
- Download failures due to your internet connection or device issues
- Loss or corruption of downloaded files after download
- Technical issues on your device or browser
- Failure to maintain backup copies
- Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
