2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You are unsatisfied with the quality of the Custom Song delivered
  • The Custom Song does not match your specifications or expectations
  • Technical defects exist in the delivered file
  • Delivery did not occur within the promised timeframe

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • You have already used the Custom Song commercially
  • The Custom Song has been redistributed or shared with others
  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • You have incorporated the song into other works or publications
  • The request is based on change of mind without quality concerns (after 7 days)
  • You failed to provide clear specifications during ordering

3. REFUND TIMEFRAME

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Refunds must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • The 7-day period begins on the date you receive delivery notification
  • After 7 days, no refunds will be issued
  • No exceptions to this timeline except in cases of non-delivery or extraordinary circumstances

4. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

  • Include your order number and reason for refund

Step 2: Provide Details
Include in your email:

  • Full name and email associated with the order
  • Order date and order reference number
  • Brief description of why you’re requesting a refund

Step 3: Verification

  • We will review your request within 2 business days
  • We may request additional information or clarification
  • We reserve the right to verify claims of non-delivery or technical defects

Step 4: Approval and Processing

  • Once approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-7 business days from approval

5. REFUND AMOUNT

Full Refund (100%):

  • Includes the complete service fee paid
  • Does not include any third-party payment processing fees if charged separately
  • Does not include taxes or additional charges (if applicable)

6. REFUND METHOD

Refunds will be issued to:

  • Original Payment Method: Your credit/debit card or digital wallet used for purchase
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Your bank may require an additional 2-3 business days to credit your account

7. PARTIAL/REPLACEMENT OPTIONS

Alternatives to Refund:

If you’re unsatisfied with specific aspects of your Custom Song, we offer:

  • Revision: One free revision/regeneration of the song with modified specifications
  • Replacement Song: Creation of a new custom song based on different specifications (within 7 days)
  • Store Credit: Option to receive credit toward a future purchase (value equals refund amount)

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Pre-Delivery Cancellation:

  • You may cancel an order before work begins for a full refund
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement

  • Work in progress orders may be cancelled with the same refund process

Post-Delivery Cancellation:

  • After delivery, cancellation is treated as a refund request
  • Refund window remains 7 days from delivery

9. NO CANCELLATION CHARGES

As per the Information Technology Rules, 2021, we do not charge cancellation or processing fees. Your refund will be the full amount paid.

10. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Extraordinary Circumstances:

If circumstances prevent you from requesting a refund within 7 days, including:

  • Medical emergencies

  • Other genuine hardships

11. COMMERCIAL USE REFUNDS
